Minimum Order

A minimum order of $25 is required.

Standard Shipping

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping. A $15.99 shipping charge applies to orders under $150.

Please Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so a valid physical street address is required when placing your order.

Shipping Exceptions

An additional $1.50 per ream/package applies to orders shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. This surcharge applies even to orders that qualify for free standard shipping.

Carefully Packaged for Shipping

We take extra care when packing your order to help ensure your paper arrives in excellent condition. All paper is ream/package wrapped to keep it clean and protected, then shipped in sturdy boxes. Full-carton orders are double-boxed for additional protection.

Return Policy

Returns may be accepted with prior approval within 30 days of purchase. Call 1-800-626-5222 to request return authorization.

Please Note: Do not send a product back without first contacting Church Paper.

Returns Exceptions

• Shipping charges may apply to returns of non-defective items.
• Non-defective imprinted products cannot be returned.
• Special perforated/scored, special cut and special order products cannot be returned.
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
• All returned products must be properly packaged and returned in their original packaging.

Original shipping charges on non-defective items are generally not refundable, however, depending on the circumstances, Church Paper may be able to credit some or all of the shipping charges on a case-by-case basis. Please call 1-800-626-5222 to discuss your return and available options.
