Shipping Information
Minimum Order
A minimum order of $25 is required.
Standard Shipping
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping. A $15.99 shipping charge applies to orders under $150.
Shipping Exceptions
An additional $1.50 per ream/package applies to orders shipped to the following states:
AZ, CA, CO, ID, MN, MT, ND, NM, NV, OR, SD, UT, WA and WY.
This surcharge applies even to orders that qualify for free standard shipping.
Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Paper Arrives Wrapped & Protected
Your paper arrives protected—not loose in a shipping box. All paper is ream/package wrapped to help keep it clean and in excellent condition during shipping.
Carefully Packaged for Shipping
We take extra care when packing your order to help ensure your paper arrives in excellent condition. All paper is ream/package wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes. Full-carton orders are double-boxed for additional protection.
Returns
Returns may be accepted with prior approval within 30 days of purchase. Please call 1-800-626-5222 to request return authorization.
- Shipping charges may apply to returns of non-defective items.
- Non-defective imprinted products cannot be returned.
- Special perforated/scored, special cut and special order products cannot be returned.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
- All returned products must be properly packaged and returned in their original packaging.
